Gisele Kalonzo-Douglas is an accomplished legal counsel and trusted advisor to senior management and boards of directors on risk mitigation, ethics and compliance, litigation, and corporate governance. 

Currently, Gisele is the General Counsel and Director of Business for an international organization in NY City. In this role, Gisele is responsible for guiding the organization’s leadership in the identification and mitigation of risk, ensuring adherence with applicable laws and regulations and providing oversight over its growing real estate portfolio.

Gisele, who was born in the Democratic Republic of The Congo, received a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, from The City College of New York.
